Driving appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection and pre-onboarding strategies for your client group by providing effective hiring solutions in collaboration with Hiring managers & the People & Organization community to ensure a great stakeholder and candidate experience alike
Developing overall hiring strategy for open assigned headcounts whilst educating the hiring community on the recruiting process and help build their interview capabilities on an ongoing basis
Being the Company Employer Brand ambassador to the external market, by responsibly dealing with candidates, vendors and external associates whilst showcasing our values and behaviors
Guiding and working with the Sourcing Team to implement the defined sourcing strategy to attract the right talent for the roles
Focus on direct sourcing through low cost sourcing channels and reducing agency spend thus resulting in effective cost per hire
Ensuring adoption and adherence to the company's People & Organization practices and policies as well as driving process and policy compliance as per our Hiring guidelines
This would entail compliant usage of all tools (social media, job boards etc.) as well as managing the Applicant Tracking System
Always adhering to the relevant geographic labor and employment laws as and when necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree - Human Resources discipline preferred
Fluent English plus local language is desirable
Full life cycle recruitment experience ideally gained in an in-house recruitment environment and/or in agency/ consulting – pharma/healthcare exposure preferred
Understanding and demonstrated capability to source passive candidates via niche websites, social media, ATS etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in understanding organization culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally whilst having the ability to manage local / global stakeholders in a remote working environment
Above all, a high energy, driven, open and customer focused mindset.
