Enter sales orders into SAP, verify that terms and conditions of purchase orders are processed accordingly
Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests
Manage customer claims
Act as point of contact to the sales team, provide support to sales with documentation, reports & data as requested
Participate in improvement projects
Commercial education (CFC in administration, business school)
Profound experience in a similar position
Swedish on a native speaker level
Fluency in English; any other languages are an asset
Good knowledge of SAP
