Handle customer claims
Manage defective returns
Liaise with warehouses
Collaborate with various departments such as finance, supply planning and marketing
Act as point of contact to the sales team
At least first experience in customer service in a similar position within an international company
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of Oracle is a plus
German is a plus
