Responsible for the integration of the Talent Acquisition Team
Manage the entire recruiting process and take responsibility for hiring talent
Support in defining the recruiting strategy
Create a pipeline of highly qualified candidates
Conducting interviews with candidates
Responsible for recommendations and implementation of creative sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networking sites and cold calling for active and passive candidates
Project work (e.g. in employer branding)
Team player with a positive attitude, with a focus on excellent customer service (both internal and external)
Several years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a large, structured organization
A combination of experience in recruiting for search firms and corporations
Experience in direct recruiting and qualification of candidates, including using the Internet, conducting telephone and on-site interviews utilizing using behavioral interviewing techniques
Ability to prioritize
Good knowledge of recruiting / staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German preferred)
