Meine Aufgaben:
  • Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with current and future Opinion Leaders (OL), scientific experts, cooperative study groups and study sites 
  • Develop and implement local OL Plans, in line with local and regional strategy 
  • Discuss scientific value messages, clinical outcome and patient benefits with OLs, hospital pharmacists and local payers in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager /access group 
  • Work with development operations to ensure prioritization of trial site selection and support feasibility across Switzerland
  • Implement and follow up on Investigator Sponsored Studies and other scientific activities, provide input to the design of local observational research 
  • Support sponsored trials on site with scientific presentations/discussions to create enthusiasm for the scientific program 
  • Identify new research opportunities 
  • Give clinical and scientific presentations at sites / hospitals 
  • Support international and regional congresses 
  • Implement and disseminate high quality medical and scientific educational programs 
  • Support Therapeutic Area Leader in developing local territory R&D tactics 
  • Develop required qualitative and quantitative reports; collate competitor information 
  • Ensure conduct of work in line with compliance regulations
Meine Qualifikationen:
  • Medical Degree (MD) or PhD in natural sciences (e.g. Biochemistry) preferred 
  • Profound working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or a related scientific field in academia 
  • Experience in an affiliate Medical Department or Clinical Development preferred 
  • Willingness to travel; possesses valid driver’s license 
  • Experience with clinical study management and conduct preferred 
  • Medical / scientific research experience 
  • Expertise in Oncology / Hematology preferred 
  • Proven project management experience and presentation skills 
  • Good knowledge of clinical research, drug safety, legal and compliance environment 
  • Willingness to continuously expand medical, scientific, market, and industry knowledge 
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
