Administrative support to PS Chief of Staff and PS global office
Support global events in cooperation with internal partners and/or external parties, if needed
Maintain current databases, including intranet, department contact and address lists ,Organization charts and other information
Manage and coordinate meeting organization, logistics and travel for PS leadership Team and other PS meetings
File information such as presentation, reports, email documents, etc.
You have a Commercial diploma or an equivalent education and are experienced in an Administrative environment, preferably with previous experience on global organizational or senior management level
You demonstrate an expert command of electronic communication ( Google Suite, Excel, Word, Touchpoint, G+, gDrive etc.)
Good spoken and written English, as well as fluency in German
You project a professional and competent image of yourself and the company and you
