Administrative support to leaders and other team members, to help achieve business/departmental goals
Coordinating travel and meeting organization in cooperation with internal partners and/or external parties, if needed

Maintain current databases, including intranet organization charts, and other information
Control travel expenses, travel requests, and invoices while checking and check
That correct cost center, theme number or AD number are used
You have a Commercial diploma or an equivalent education and are experienced in an administrative environment
Expert command of electronic communication and business tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Touchpoint etc.)
You know how to perform reliably and to complete tasks independently and with precision and show a keen sense of relevance and good judgment
Good spoken and written English, as well as fluency in German
