Provide administrative support for a team and managers
Manage agenda and calendar, organize meeting/teleconferences
Organize events and logistic support for meeting/events
Maintain and update the database
Provide support in drafting, editing and preparing documents and reporting on Powerpoint
Take notes and minutes of meeting
Commercial or secretarial school with diploma
Profound experience in administrative support
Fluency in English and French mandatory (spoken and written), Spanish/Arabic is an asset
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to draft and edit report in English
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Team player mentality and proactivity
Proficient working with Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, Power point and Sharepoint
A highly motivated team and an open way of communication
You will work in an international environment
