Meine Aufgaben:
  • As Travel and Expense Administrator you will work as part of the Travel and Expense team in Finance to provide support for all travel and expense (“T&E”) related activities in the company 
  • Travel & Expense reimbursement 
  • Facilitate the timely reimbursement for international employees across Europe
  • Provide internal customer service and act as a point of contact for all Travel and expenses questions across Europe 
  • Continuous review of company’s policy, processes, procedures and recommended system updates
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as finance and treasury to ensure appropriate processes are performed
  • Support end-of-month process by providing accruals amounts and by reconciling expense transit accounts
  • Administrator of Corporate Card 
  • Act as primary point of contact for any credit card related questions or issues
  • Prepare reports and accounting uploads
  • Ensure timely payment to the bank and manage credit card limit 
  • Manage monthly maintenance relating to delinquencies, termed employees and submitted expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance to corporate policies and processes are being adhered to
  • Working daily in our web-based T&E Management tool (Concur), to audit and process 
  • Work with the travel agent in order to understand and apply the company policy regarding the travelling and booking limits, loyalty, reward programs
Meine Qualifikationen:
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, calculations, Pivot tables)
  • Concur Travel & Expense Administration Experience is highly desirable 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High level of customer service awareness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
