Managing both Bridge Technical and Business bridge, whenever any major incident is running
Making sure that Incident communication should be sent out within SLA
Make sure that all my teammates should work within time schedule and proper handover before leaving for the
Responsible for overall coordination of the incident management, whenever there are major incidents
Coordinating interfaces between incident management and other service management processes
Producing management information, coordinated cross-functional meetings to determine root cause of
problems and improve workflow processes
Analyze the gaps during the Critical outages and create a Problem Investigation for the fix.
Determine what resources and expertise are required to resolve the major incidents and engage the teams using
the set protocol.
Work towards quick recovery of incidents by bridging gaps between technical tracks
Responsible to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business
Accountable for global service management, timely communication & escalation to right stakeholders
Communicate progress in a timely manner and manage Business expectations during the Incident call.
