Leading an agile transformation program of the chamber of commerce and different entities like House of StatUp and House of Training. Together with a team of trainers we train the entire organization in KANBAN and different leadership programs. My roles also includes the coaching of the implementation.
With a partner from the Lean Kanban university we trained around 150 employees, from all hierarchy levels and helped them implementing the method. Next to it we run training for all directors and C-level. Onsite coaching helps the teams and agile master’s to grow in their agile way of working.

Group-wide transformation and training Initiatives in teams with other agile coaches. Working in the role of an SPC and trainer for Scrum and Kanban teams. Facilitating and moderating internal fish balls and agile conferences.
Setting up an agile center for all 3 locations of the company (Munich, Münster, Karlsruhe) and mentoring new agile coaches and scrum masters. As a part of the group wide transformation initiative we also work close with the management to adapt agile leadership styles.

Working within a circle of 5 agile coaches we did the first agile programs within the global IT of BSH.
Setup 8 agile teams in a scaled environment and leading meetings like the Scrum of Scrum, PI Planning days as well as Scrum and Kanban trainings for the program.

Starting as Scrum Master for 2 distributed development teams I growed quickly in the role of an agile coach for the whole company. My responsibility changed towards the Chief Scrum Master as well to become a board member to represent agility on the highest management level.
