As a premium member on projektwerk, you now benefit from a new feature. To save contact details from interesting freelancers or project providers fast and easy, you can now simply click the vCard symbol. After the download, the details will be automatically saved in your email program. For Windows users, these programs can be Microsoft Office Outlook or Thunderbird, for example, and the address book for Mac users.

That means you have access to these contacts at any time and you will save time because the typewriting and copying are eliminated.

The download option can always be found next to the contact details:

You are a freelancer and premium-member on projektwerk and you are interested in a matching project that is being displayed on projektwerk? If that is the case, please do not hesitate to contact the potential project partner promptly. Coveted projects are allocated fast. So don’t wait too long when there is a project that suits you.
On projektwerk, you have different possibilities to get in contact with project partners:

1. The project provider has entered his telephone number? Wonderful! Just call him to ask if the project is still available.This will only bring you advantages, for example:
   • You will save time and effort because you know if the project is still open in advance.
   • You can get more information on the project directly and ask for important details.
   • This personal contact can give you a first impression and let you know “whom you are dealing with”.
   • The project provider keeps you and your voice in the back of his mind. This helps with establishing a closer connection to you.
2. The project provider has not entered his telephone number? Just use the projektwerk contact-button to send an email to the provider of the matching project.

Of course, the opposite also applies. You are looking for a matching freelancer? As a premium-member, you have the option to contact freelancers directly and ask for their support. Do not solely wait for freelancers to contact you after publishing your project but become active yourself.

After the registration on projektwerk, your first and last name and your email address are saved in your account. To ensure a good and first of all authentic communication, we recommend you to add more information. Otherwise, interested projektwerk members are only able to contact you via that email address.

You will find the possibility to enter more contact information in your settings. The link to the settings is placed on top of the site right next to your name when you are logged in. Here, you can add more possibilities to contact you under the first tab “about me”.

Advice: The email address is automatically chosen as a possibility to contact you. All the provided information about your contact data is only visible for projektwerk premium-members.

What does publishing mean?
In our case it means that you do not only insert the fields. You also have to tick off the checkbox next to the field to publish it, otherwise no one but you is able to see the saved information.

According to our experience, project contracts are concluded faster when members enter a telephone number.
In conclusion: Raise your chances for a fast and direct contact and fill in all your contact data.
