Following are the essential pre-requisites for winning client projects :
-Know the audience
-research and analyse the market,rankings,where is the client placed,what is the objective
-scope of the initiative
-priorities….for clients to resolve issues one by one
-Specific industry problems,govt support,policies….
-any expansion plans
-Also not to waste time…if the audience is not decision maker…
-should target the VP,Director…..so as to reduce the time required to identify a prospect and do a closure by getting a purchase order.
